Day 137.  Silence is golden continues.  No talking. No TV.  No listening to music.  No texting.  Of course this is the card that was meant for this day.  I brought it to class, wore my “I’m observing silence” sticker, and smiled a lot.  Gave this to Erin, my yoga buddy from way back to 40 Days of Personal Revolution, who practiced next to me.  Erin was one of the few people who actually talked to me.  Funny how people say things like “oh, sorry!” when they see your sticker like they’re not allowed to talk to me just because I won’t talk back.  Not Erin.  She went on and on and I got to just smile and listen.  Holding space and listening is way fun by the way.  And so is speaking in essential language.  When you first break silence, you are so intentional and passionate about your words.  It’s A-MAZING.  Say it hot, my friends. Say it HOT.
