Day 136. I’m editing this post and adding words after breaking silence. Yoga teacher training starts NOW! Actually, it started last night. We trainees took a vow of noble silence after a group mediation that set us on our ways home for the night. Gifted this card to Amanda, my partner for training (who I know the least about.) It was fun giving a card and not having to say a darn thing. Amanda didn’t say a thing either, obviously (she’s was in silence, too). The excited smile and hug was worth it. I’ll let the quote speak for itself.
